As Key Account Manager, you will manage a new and existing customer portfolio in order to maintain or increase customer satisfaction and to maximise the profitability in accordance with the Indaver strategy.
This role will cover the Munster region.
Role & Responsibilities
- To provide effective account management for Indaver Irish customers.
- Take responsibility for the investigation, identification and development of future commercial potential business.
- Manage customer contracts in line with operational plans and regularly report on progress.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory consents.
- Manage all aspects of the contract as a profit-based center to ensure it meets its financial budget targets.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and Group, Divisional and Business staff as necessary.
- Take responsibility for the effective delivery of the various services being provided by Indaver, ensuring achievement of contractual obligations, high quality services delivery and key performance indicators to an agreed budget.
- Deployment of resources at all levels to ensure smooth running of the operation.
- Establish excellent, open and mutual communication flows with both the internal as the external customer.
- Ensure a dynamic approach of each contract realizing and implementing various improvement projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- University Degree level.
- Project Management skills.
- 5 years account management/project management experience in waste and the following industries: (petrochemical) chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication: verbally and written.
- Team leadership, able to delegate and motivate effectively.
- Negotiation and Sales skills
- Evidence of achievement within a commercial environment.
- Keen interest in recycling and waste management.
- Dynamic.
- Must be eligible to work in the EU.
