Florian Ewald (25) has now been working for Indaver for nearly 8 years. In short, he has experience to spare. He currently performs two jobs: process engineer and assistant production manager. He owes his know-how in part to the good relationship with other sites, even outside Germany.
"No two working days are the same. That's why you have to be vigilant at all times. Because some situations do require some creative thinking. Fortunately, I’m not alone in this. Colleagues from other Indaver locations have already helped us once. And obviously we them of course!”
"Several years ago, we had a problem at one of our water purification plants. I was given the task and responsibility to improve the process. Successfully, as this continues to save us many gallons of water and lots of money. We like to implement this, especially to help others. Indaver regularly organises International Operational Competence Centres where we share internal knowledge with each other. As the name suggests, it crosses borders. At Indaver, it’s not about the individual. Because such a large-scale network is necessary if you need to solve problems efficiently or optimise processes."
"We may be spread out across Europe, but we often face the same challenges. It inspires me when I hear how others, even if we're miles apart, deal with it."
That is why Florian opted for Indaver: "We share our knowledge and experiences across borders. That inspires me a great deal"
