Dominique Rutten (30) is Junior Project Manager Supply Chain & Logistics. As a brand-new project manager, he is very much looking forward to learning new things. With a personal training scheme, we will cater to his every need.
Indaver is no stranger to Dominique: "During my undergraduate studies, I did an internship here in 2017 and my father worked for Indaver for 11 years. What's more, I was able to complete my internship with Indaver Ireland. My internship mentor at the time still works there and is now my supervisor. That in and of itself illustrates that at Indaver they strive for sustainable and long term working relationships, which also motivated me to apply for this position."
"I want to keep on learning and be able to apply it later on," he explains. "In my current position, I discover many new details about the shared Supply Chain and Logistics service. This is completely in line with what I studied. This job allows me to delve into it again, albeit in a professional context. That is a lot more hands-on, which allows you to pick things up faster. I imagine that certain situations also require a different approach. That variety ensures you acquire fresh knowledge every time. In a nutshell, there are plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and then grow."
"I am currently working through a highly detailed training scheme that a significant amount of time has been allocated to.. Currently, I have numerous introduction sessions scheduled with colleagues to get me off to a good start. That kind of open way of working is not found everywhere."
This is why Dominique opted for Indaver: "I can immediately apply what I learn today. In this way, I can maximise my own development."
