Waste management in Portugal is faced with huge challenges. Let’s not delude ourselves: structurally, we are 20 years behind the European average, and 30 years if we compare ourselves to the countries at the front of the pack in terms of environmental performance (Denmark, Belgium, Germany, etc.)...
